With the uncertainty that has taken hold of us all, we know money is going to be tight. We’ve already shifted our business into non-profit mode just to survive. Any and all revenues we’re able to generate are going directly toward retaining as many of our team members as possible.

HOW WERE HELPING OUR TEAM MEMBERS

Through our carryout efforts, we have been able to retain a portion of our team who are all sacrificing a portion of their wages in order to enable us to keep more people employed. Additionally, we have instituted an employee meal program providing cooked meals to our team and their families for the duration of this crisis. We are also looking at ways we can shift our service offerings to generate additional opportunities to better serve our team and our community. Some of the ideas we’re currently exploring are:

• Providing Beer, Wine, Saké, and pre-made cocktails to our Carryout offerings (This has been approved and activated)
• A new Dragonfly Staffed Food Delivery Service: While we are currently offering delivery through UberEats, they still take a 30% cut of every order delivered. This takes the money out of our community and limits the number of people we’re able to retain
• A subscription meal plan
• A new Dragonfly pantry stocked with the essentials you may not be able to find at the local grocery stores
