Join us Saturday, October 1st, and experience Behind the Knife—a sushi class experience
You’ll enjoy complimentary aperitifs and passed hors d’oeuvres while we transform the main dining room into a demonstration kitchen where we’ll share:
- A brief history of sushi
- The tools of the trade—both ancient and new
- Tips, tricks and techniques for making perfect sushi rice
- How to pick the best sushi ingredients
- How to make makisushi, hosomaki, and temaki
During sushi class, our team will help you make perfect sushi and hand rolls, and invite you to sample dishes from our Robatayaki Grill using binchotan charcoal.
For anyone who wants to add to the experience, our bar staff will have hard-to-find Japanese whisky’s, sake, shochu or any of your favorite cocktails available À la carte. Total cost for this event is only $65 pp + tax and gratuity.
